Terms of Service for the “Look by Weather” service

This document governs the relationship between Тимофеев Андрей Алексеевич, tax number 380416435650, applying the professional income tax regime, and users of the service available at https://lukpopogode.ru.

By registering, uploading wardrobe photos, adding clothing data, or paying for Pro access, the user confirms acceptance of these terms.

The service helps users choose clothing, accessories, and fragrance based on weather conditions, wardrobe data, selected style, preferences, and outfit history. Recommendations are informational only, and the final decision always remains with the user.

Users are responsible for accurate account data and for keeping their credentials safe.

Users may upload wardrobe-related photos, but must not upload identity documents, bank cards, third-party faces without consent, or other unrelated sensitive information.

Paid Pro access may be offered. Pricing, duration, and features are shown on the payment pages. Access is activated only after successful payment confirmation. Pro may be offered with automatic renewal (recurring payments) only if the user explicitly opts in and consents to recurring charges: the next period is charged automatically to the saved payment method on the expiry date at the price shown at renewal. The user can disable auto-renewal at any time in subscription settings or via support; this stops future charges and does not affect the already-paid period. Full bank card details are not stored by the service — the payment method is saved by the YooKassa payment provider. Refunds follow applicable law.

The service operator is not liable for inaccurate weather data, incorrect item metadata, temporary outages, or user decisions made on the basis of recommendations.
